Materials
3 - 12 inch Lengths of Gold-Colored 0.35mm Buddy Braids
1 - Antique Gold-Plated 27x17mm 3 - Strand Magnetic Clasp
6 - Antique Gold-Plated Crimp Tubes
4 - Antique Gold-Plated 26x9x4mm Decorative 3-Hole Spacer Bars
30 - Antique Gold-Plated 2x6mm 6-Point Flower Bead Caps
30 - Antique Gold-Plated 4mm Corrugated Bicones
15 - Light Gold AB 6x4mm Glass Crystal Rondelles
30 - Moukaite 4mm Semiprecious Round Beads
* The instructions for this kit make a bracelet that is 8 1/2 inches long, if you would like your bracelet shorter you can adjust the pattern in the first and last sections. I have included a picture of a shorter variation of this bracelet at the end of these instructions.
Create Bracelet
1. Take the end of one length of Buddy Braids wire and thread one Antique Gold-Plated Crimp Tube approximately an inch from the end. Thread the top loop of your clasp. Thread the end back through the crimp tube. Using crimping pliers (or any pliers you have) squeeze the crimp tube about a 1 /8th of an inch away from the clasp. Trim the excess leaving about a half an inch, you will thread the beads over both.
2. Take the other lengths of the Buddy Braids and repeat step one for the center and bottom loops of your multi-strand clasp.
3. Thread the following on the top length of Buddy Braids:
a. 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 4mm Corrugated Bicone, 1 - Moukaite 4mm Semiprecious Round, 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 4mm Corrugated Bicone, 1 - Antique Gold 2x6mm 6-Point Flower Bead Cap, 1 - Light Gold AB 6x4mm Crystal Rondelle, 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 2x6mm 6-Point Flower Bead Cap, 1 - Antique Gold 4mm Corrugated Bicone, 1 - Moukaite 4mm Semiprecious Round, 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 4mm Corrugated Round, and the top hole of an Antique Gold-Plated 26x9x4mm Decorative 3-Hole Spacer Bar.
b. Repeat pattern in Step (a.) THREE times.
c. 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 4mm Corrugated Bicone, 1 - Moukaite 4mm Semiprecious Round, 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 4mm Corrugated Bicone, 1 - Antique Gold 2x6mm 6-Point Flower Bead Cap, 1 - Light Gold AB 6x4mm Crystal Rondelle, 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 2x6mm 6-Point Flower Bead Cap, 1 - Antique Gold 4mm Corrugated Bicone, 1 - Moukaite 4mm Semiprecious Round, and 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 4mm Corrugated Round.
d. Thread 1 - Antique Gold-Plated Crimp Tube and the opposite top loop of your multi-strand clasp. Thread the wire back through the crimp tube. Thread the wire though the last several beads. Using your pliers, squeeze the crimp bead about a 1/8th of an inch away from the clasp. Trim the excess wire as close to the bead as you can.
4. Thread the following on the middle length of Buddy Braids:
a. 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 4mm Corrugated Bicone, 1 - Moukaite 4mm Semiprecious Round, 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 4mm Corrugated Bicone, 1 - Antique Gold 2x6mm 6-Point Flower Bead Cap, 1 - Light Gold AB 6x4mm Crystal Rondelle, 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 2x6mm 6-Point Flower Bead Cap, 1 - Antique Gold 4mm Corrugated Bicone, 1 - Moukaite 4mm Semiprecious Round, 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 4mm Corrugated Round, and the top hole of an Antique Gold-Plated 26x9x4mm Decorative 3-Hole Spacer Bar.
b. Repeat pattern in Step (a.) THREE times.
c. 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 4mm Corrugated Bicone, 1 - Moukaite 4mm Semiprecious Round, 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 4mm Corrugated Bicone, 1 - Antique Gold 2x6mm 6-Point Flower Bead Cap, 1 - Light Gold AB 6x4mm Crystal Rondelle, 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 2x6mm 6-Point Flower Bead Cap, 1 - Antique Gold 4mm Corrugated Bicone, 1 - Moukaite 4mm Semiprecious Round, and 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 4mm Corrugated Round.
d. Thread 1 - Antique Gold-Plated Crimp Tube and the opposite middle loop of your multi-strand clasp. Thread the wire back through the crimp tube. Thread the wire though the last several beads. Using your pliers, squeeze the crimp bead about a 1/8th of an inch away from the clasp. Trim the excess wire as close to the bead as you can.
5. Thread the following on the bottom length of Buddy Braids:
a. 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 4mm Corrugated Bicone, 1 - Moukaite 4mm Semiprecious Round, 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 4mm Corrugated Bicone, 1 - Antique Gold 2x6mm 6-Point Flower Bead Cap, 1 - Light Gold AB 6x4mm Crystal Rondelle, 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 2x6mm 6-Point Flower Bead Cap, 1 - Antique Gold 4mm Corrugated Bicone, 1 - Moukaite 4mm Semiprecious Round, 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 4mm Corrugated Round, and the top hole of an Antique Gold-Plated 26x9x4mm Decorative 3-Hole Spacer Bar.
b. Repeat pattern in Step (a.) THREE times.
c. 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 4mm Corrugated Bicone, 1 - Moukaite 4mm Semiprecious Round, 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 4mm Corrugated Bicone, 1 - Antique Gold 2x6mm 6-Point Flower Bead Cap, 1 - Light Gold AB 6x4mm Crystal Rondelle, 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 2x6mm 6-Point Flower Bead Cap, 1 - Antique Gold 4mm Corrugated Bicone, 1 - Moukaite 4mm Semiprecious Round, and 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 4mm Corrugated Round.
d. Thread 1 - Antique Gold-Plated Crimp Tube and the opposite bottom loop of your multi-strand clasp. Thread the wire back through the crimp tube. Thread the wire though the last several beads. Using your pliers, squeeze the crimp bead about a 1/8th of an inch away from the clasp. Trim the excess wire as close to the bead as you can.
You are done!! These instructions make a bracelet that is 8 1/2 inches long. If you need your bracelet longer or shorter just add or subtract beads!!
Here is a variation of the bracelet that is 7 inches long. I adjusted the first and last sections to make it shorter.
The pattern would start with 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 4mm Corrugated Bicone, 1 - Moukaite 4mm Semiprecious Round, and 1 - Antique Gold-Plated 4mm Corrugated Bicone. You would then add the 3-Hole Spacer and start with the pattern above. You would repeat this adjusted pattern after the last 3-Hole Spacer.
