Artistic Journey Free Beaded Jewelry Making Pattern

Materials
10 inches of Antique Bronze 0.035mm Buddy Braids
1 – Antique Bronze 15mm Thick Rope Toggle Clasp
2 – Antique Bronze 2mm Crimp Beads
2 – Antique Bronze 4mm Crimp Covers
8 – Antique Bronze 1.5x4mm Rondelles
4 – Antique Bronze 8x17mm Scrollwork Metal Beads
8 – Cosmic AB 6x4mm Glass Crystal Rondelles
5 – New Picasso Jasper 12mm Semiprecious Rounds

Create the Bracelet

1. Take one end of your Buddy Braids wire and thread 1 crimp bead approximately an inch from the end.  Thread the bar end of your toggle clasp.  Thread the end back through the crimp bead.  Using crimping pliers (or any pliers you have) squeeze the crimp bead about a 1/4th of an inch away from the clasp.  See illustration 1.  Leave the excess you will thread the beads over both ends.

3. Thread the following:

a. 1 – New Picasso Jasper 12mm Round, 1 – Antique Bronze 1.5x4mm Rondelle, 1 – Cosmic AB 6x4mm Rondelle, 1 – Antique Bronze 8x17mm Scrollwork Bead, 1 – Cosmic AB 6x4mm Rondelle, and 1 – Antique Bronze 1.5x4mm Rondelle.

b. Repeat pattern in Step (a.) THREE times.

c. 1 – New Picasso Jasper 12mm Round

4. Thread 1 crimp bead and the round part of your toggle clasp.  Thread the wire back through the crimp bead after going through the loop on the toggle clasp.  Thread the wire through the last New Picasso Jasper Round (see illustration 3).  Using your pliers, squeeze the crimp bead about a 1/4th of an inch away from the clasp and an 1/8th of inch away from the last bead to have room for your crimp cover.  Trim the excess wire as close to the bead as you can.

5. Add your crimp cover by placing it over your crimp bead and squeezing it closed.

You are done!!  These directions make a bracelet that is approximately 8 inches long.  If you need to change the length just add or subtract beads.  You can use this pattern with any color beads you wish!!
