Materials
1 – 26 inch length of 0.35mm Silver-Colored Buddy Braids
1 – Silver-Plated 15mm Thick Rope Toggle Clasp
2 – Silver-Plated 2mm Crimp Tubes
2 – Silver-Plated 4mm Crimp Covers
3 – Silver-Plated 0.021”x2” Head Pins
62 – Silver-Plated 3mm Round Metal Beads
12 – Red Tiger Eye 12x8mm Semiprecious Rondelles
4 – Red Tiger Eye 18x25mm Semiprecious Puff Ovals
32 – Fire Topaz (Red Colored) 6x4mm Glass Crystal Rondelles
12 – Red Topaz (Orange Colored) 8x5mm Glass Crystal Rondelles
3 – Orange Topaz 15x10mm Glass Crystal Teardrops
Step One – Create Teardrop Drops:
1. Take one headpin and add 1 – Orange Topaz 15x10mm Crystal Teardrop. Create a loop in the ball pin. Make a 90° bend in the ball pin above the bead. Using round nose pliers and hold the ball pin near the angle and bend it around the pliers to make a loop. Wrap down around ball pin creating as many coils as you can. Trim any extra. Repeat 2 times.
Step Two – Create the Beaded Necklace:
1. Take one end of your Buddy Braids wire and thread 1 crimp tube approximately an inch from the end. Thread the bar end of your toggle clasp. Thread the end back through the crimp tube. Using crimping pliers (or any pliers you have) squeeze the crimp bead about a 1/4th of an inch away from the clasp. See illustration 1. Trim the excess leaving about a half an inch, you will thread the beads over both.

2. Add a crimp cover over the crimp tube and squeeze it closed. See Illustration 2.

3. Thread the following:
(a.) 1 – Fire Topaz 6x4mm Rondelle, 1 – Silver-Plated 3mm Round, and 1 – Red Tiger Eye 12x18mm Rondelle.
(b.) 1 – Silver-Plated 3mm Round, 1 – Fire Topaz 6x4mm Rondelle, 1 – Silver-Plated 3mm Round, 1 – Red Topaz 8x5mm Rondelle, 1 – Silver-Plated 3mm Round, 1 – Fire Topaz 6x4mm Rondelle, 1 – Silver-Plated 3mm Round, and 1 – Red Tiger 12x8mm Rondelle.
(c.) Repeat pattern in Step (b.) FOUR times.
(d.) 1 – Silver-Plated 3mm Round, 1 – Fire Topaz 6x4mm Rondelle, 1 – Silver-Plated 3mm Round, 1 – Red Topaz 8x5mm Rondelle, 1 – Silver-Plated 3mm Round, 1 – Fire Topaz 6x4mm Rondelle, 1 – Silver-Plated 3mm Round, 1 – Red Tiger Eye 18x25mm Oval, 1 – Silver-Plated 3mm Round, 1 – Fire Topaz 6x4mm Rondelle, 1 – Silver-Plated 3mm Round, 1 – Teardrop Drop, 1 – Silver-Plated 3mm Round, 1 – Fire Topaz 6x4mm Rondelle, 1 – Silver-Plated 3mm Round, 1 – Red Tiger Eye 18x25mm Oval, 1 – Silver-Plated 3mm Round, 1 – Fire Topaz 6x4mm Rondelle, 1 – Silver-Plated 3mm Round, 1 – Teardrop Drop, 1 – Silver-Plated 3mm Round, 1 – Fire Topaz 6x4mm Rondelle, 1 – Silver-Plated 3mm Round, 1 – Red Tiger Eye 18x25mm Oval, 1 – Silver-Plated 3mm Round, 1 – Fire Topaz 6x4mm Rondelle, 1 – Silver-Plated 3mm Round, 1 – Teardrop Drop, 1 – Silver-Plated 3mm Round, 1 – Fire Topaz 6x4mm Rondelle, 1 – Silver-Plated 3mm Round, and 1 – Red Tiger Eye 18x25mm Oval.
(e.) Repeat pattern in Step (b.) SIX times.
(f.) 1 – Silver-Plated 3mm Round, and 1 – Fire Topaz 6x4mm Rondelle.
4. Thread 1 crimp tube and the round part of your toggle clasp. Thread the wire back through the crimp bead after going through the loop on the toggle clasp. Thread the wire through several beads (see illustration 3). Using your pliers, squeeze the crimp tube about a 1/4th of an inch away from the clasp. Trim the excess wire as close to the bead as you can.

You’re done!! These instructions make a necklace that is approximately 24 inches long. If you need to change the length just add or subtract beads. You can use this pattern with any color beads you wish!!
