Metallic Purple Bracelet Free Beaded Jewelry Making Pattern

Materials
1 – 10 inch Strand of Gunmetal-Colored Buddy Braids
1 – Gunmetal 17mm Toggle Clasp
2 – Gunmetal 2mm Crimp Tubes
2 – Gunmetal 4mm Crimp Covers
8 – Gunmetal 3x6mm 6-Leaf Bead Caps
6 – Gunmetal 3x9mm 7-Leaf Bead Caps
6 – Gunmetal 1x6mm Thin Filigree Bead Caps
20 – Gunmetal 3x2mm Rondelle Metal Beads
6 – Gunmetal 2x6mm Beaded Rondelles
8 – Smokey Quartz 8x5mm Crystal Rondelles
3 – Purple Rose 10mm Czech Fire Polished Beads
4 – Blue Iris 6mm Czech Fire Polished Beads

Create the Bracelet

1. Take one end of your Buddy Braids wire and thread 1 crimp tube approximately an inch from the end.  Thread the bar end of your toggle clasp.  Thread the end back through the crimp tube.  Using crimping pliers (or any pliers you have) squeeze the crimp tube about a 1/4th of an inch away from the clasp.  See illustration 1.  Trim the excess leaving about a half an inch, you will thread the beads over both.

2. Add your crimp cover by placing it over your crimp bead and squeezing it closed.  See Illustration 2.

3. Thread the following:

a. 1 – Smokey Quartz 8x5mm Crystal Rondelle, 1 – Gunmetal 3x2mm Rondelle, 1 – Gunmetal 3x6mm 6-Leaf Bead Cap, 1 – Blue Iris 6mm Czech Fire Polished Bead, 1 – Gunmetal 3x6mm 6-Leaf Bead Cap, 1 – Gunmetal 3x2mm Rondelle, 1 -  Smokey Quartz 8x5mm Crystal Rondelle, 1 – Gunmetal 3x2mm Rondelle, 1 – Gunmetal 2x6mm Beaded Rondelle, 1 – Gunmetal 3x2mm Rondelle, 1 – Gunmetal 1x6mm Thin Filigree Bead Cap, 1 – Gunmetal 3x9mm 7-Leaf Bead Cap, 1 – Purple Rose 10mm Czech Fire Polished Bead, 1 – Gunmetal 3x9mm 7- Leaf Bead Cap, 1 – Gunmetal 1x6mm Thin Filigree Bead Cap, 1 – Gunmetal 3x2mm Rondelle, 1 – Gunmetal 2x6mm Beaded Rondelle, and 1 – Gunmetal 3x2mm Rondelle.

b. Repeat pattern in Step (a.) TWO times.

c. 1 – Smokey Quartz 8x5mm Crystal Rondelle, 1 – Gunmetal 3x2mm Rondelle, 1 – Gunmetal 3x6mm 6-Leaf Bead Cap, 1 – Blue Iris 6mm Czech Fire Polished Bead, 1 – Gunmetal 3x6mm 6-Leaf Bead Cap, 1 – Gunmetal 3x2mm Rondelle, and 1 -  Smokey Quartz 8x5mm Crystal Rondelle.

4. Thread 1 crimp tube and the round part of your toggle clasp.  Thread the wire back through the crimp tube after going through the loop on the toggle clasp.  Thread the wire through the last Smokey Quartz Crystal (see illustration 3).  Using your pliers, squeeze the crimp tube about a 1/4th of an inch away from the clasp and an 1/8th of inch away from the last bead to have room for your crimp cover.  Trim the excess wire as close to the bead as you can.

5. Add your crimp cover by placing it over your crimp bead and squeezing it closed.

You are done!  These directions make a bracelet that is approximately 8 inches long.  If you need to change the length just add or subtract beads.  You can use this pattern with any color beads you wish!!
