Materials
26 inches of 0.35mm Silver-Colored Buddy Braids
1 – Antique Silver 15x8mm Lobster Clasp
1 – Antique Silver Split Ring
2 – Antique Silver2mm Crimp Tubes
2 – Antique Silver 4mm Crimp Covers
22 – Antique Silver 3-Branch Bead Caps
24 – Antique Silver 3x9mm Decorative Bead Caps
22 – Antique Silver 2x6mm Beaded Rondelle Metal Beads
22 – Antique Silver 4mm Ridged Round Metal Beads
24 – Antique Silver 3x4mm Thick Rondelle Metal Beads
11 – Clear 12mm Czech Fire Polished Beads
36 – Black AB 8x5mm Glass Crystal Rondelles

Create the Necklace

1. Take one end of your Buddy Braids wire and thread 1 crimp tube approximately an inch from the end.  Thread the loop of your lobster clasp.  Thread the end back through the crimp tube.  Using crimping pliers (or any pliers you have) squeeze the crimp tube about a 1/4th of an inch away from the clasp.  See illustration 1.  Leave the excess you will thread the beads over both ends.

2. Add your crimp cover by placing it over your crimp bead and squeezing it closed.  See Illustration 2.

3. String the following:

a. 1 – Antique Silver 3x9mm Decorative Bead Cap, 1 – Black AB 8x5mm Glass Crystal Rondelle, 1 – Antique Silver 3x4mm Thick Rondelle Metal Bead,  1 – Black AB 8x5mm Glass Crystal Rondelle, 1 – Antique Silver 3x4mm Thick Rondelle Metal Bead, 1 – Black AB Glass Crystal Rondelle, 1 – Antique Silver 3x9mm Decorative Bead Cap, 1 – Antique Silver 4mm Ridged Round Metal Bead, 1 – Antique Silver 2x6mm Beaded Rondelle Metal Bead, 1 – Antique Silver 6x13mm 3-Branch Bead Cap (squeeze the bead cap shaping it around the bead), 1 – Clear 12mm Czech Fire Polished Bead, 1 – Antique Silver 6x13mm 3-Branch Bead Cap (squeeze the bead cap shaping it around the bead), 1 – Antique Silver 2x6mm Beaded Rondelle Metal Bead, and 1 – Antique Silver 4mm Ridged Round Metal Bead. 

b. Repeat pattern in Step (a.) TEN (10) times.

c. 1 – Antique Silver 3x9mm Decorative Bead Cap, 1 – Black AB 8x5mm Glass Crystal Rondelle, 1 – Antique Silver 3x4mm Thick Rondelle Metal Bead,  1 – Black AB 8x5mm Glass Crystal Rondelle, 1 – Antique Silver 3x4mm Thick Rondelle Metal Bead, 1 – Black AB Glass Crystal Rondelle, and 1 – Antique Silver 3x9mm Decorative Bead Cap.

4.  Thread 1 crimp tube and 1 split ring.  Thread the wire back through the crimp tube after going through the split ring.  Thread the wire through the last several beads (see illustration 3).  Using your pliers, squeeze the crimp tube about a 1/4th of an inch away from the split ring and an 1/8th of inch away from the last bead to have room for your crimp cover.  Trim the excess wire as close to the bead as you can.

5. Add your crimp cover by placing it over your crimp tube and squeezing it closed.

You are done!!  These directions make a necklace that is approximately 24 inches long.  If you need to change the length just add or subtract beads.  You can use this pattern with any color beads you wish!!
